These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website riwahu-yipuhu.info and the educational content and services provided by Riwahu Yipuhu, based at Warszawska 43, Katowice, Poland. By accessing or using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. These terms are governed by Polish law and applicable European Union regulations, including the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Dz.U. 2002 nr 144 poz. 1204, as amended).
Riwahu Yipuhu is an online educational platform providing structured written lessons on everyday financial organisation. Content covers topics including understanding bills, building monthly financial routines, and using simple planning tools. All content is informational and educational in nature.
Nothing published on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. Riwahu Yipuhu is not a licensed financial institution, investment firm, or financial advisory service under Polish law. Users are responsible for their own financial decisions. Where personalised financial guidance is required, users should consult a qualified professional regulated under applicable Polish law.
Use of this platform is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older. Persons under 18 may access the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
Where account registration is required to access paid content, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, attempted unauthorised access, or breach of these terms.
Access to paid content is provided on a subscription basis as described on the Pricing page. All prices are stated in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include applicable VAT in accordance with the Polish Act on Value Added Tax (Ustawa o podatku od towarow i uslug).
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Annual subscriptions renew automatically after 12 months. A renewal reminder will be sent to your registered email address at least 14 days before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, with access continuing until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details. In the event of a failed payment, access may be suspended until the outstanding amount is resolved.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827).
All content published on this platform, including but not limited to lesson text, structural design, downloadable templates, and visual materials, is the intellectual property of Riwahu Yipuhu or its content contributors and is protected under Polish copyright law (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, Dz.U. 1994 nr 24 poz. 83, as amended) and applicable EU intellectual property directives.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read platform content for your own private educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written permission from Riwahu Yipuhu.
Downloadable materials provided as part of a subscription may be used for personal educational purposes only and may not be redistributed or published.
When using this platform, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its systems, or the accounts of other users.
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Polish or EU law.
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute paid content outside your personal use licence.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the platform.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content from the platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Violation of these acceptable use conditions may result in immediate suspension of access without prior notice.
The educational content provided on this platform is offered on an informational basis. Riwahu Yipuhu makes no representations regarding the suitability of any content for any particular individual's financial circumstances, nor does it represent that applying the methods described in lessons will produce any specific financial outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable Polish consumer protection law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Consumer rights under the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and other mandatory statutory protections are not affected by these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform or its content at any time. Where changes are material and affect paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice by email before the changes take effect.
These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following notification of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not accept revised terms, you may close your account and discontinue use.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence within the European Union.
Consumers resident in the EU also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which may be used to resolve disputes relating to online contracts.
